01Who we are

Mudassir Raza provides Amazon marketplace management services — advertising management, fulfilment operations, listing optimisation, account support and creative design — to brands and sellers worldwide.

For the purposes of data protection law, Mudassir Raza acts as a data controller in respect of enquiry and client-relationship data, and as a data processor in respect of any personal data accessed within a Selling Partner’s Amazon account while delivering services on their instructions.

02What this website collects

This website is deliberately minimal in what it collects.

  • No analytics. The site runs no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts.
  • No cookies are set by this site. The site sets no cookies of its own and does not use local storage to track visitors.
  • No accounts. There is no login, registration or user area, and no visitor database.
  • Contact form. The enquiry form does not transmit to a server. Submitting it opens your own email application with the details pre-filled, so nothing is sent until you choose to send it. The information then reaches us as an ordinary email.
  • Video testimonials. Client videos are hosted on YouTube and load only when you click play. Until then, no request is made to YouTube for the video and no YouTube cookie is set. Playback uses youtube-nocookie.com, and at that point YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
  • Web fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the font files.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

03What we do with enquiry data

When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form, we process the information you provide — typically your name, email address, marketplace, product category and a description of your situation.

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or audit, and, if you become a client, to deliver and administer the services.

Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, performance of a contract once agreed, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without explicit consent.

04Selling Partner data

When delivering services we may access data inside a client’s Amazon Seller Central or Advertising account. This can include order data, performance reports and, in limited circumstances, personal data relating to that client’s customers.

  • We access this data only on the client’s instructions and only to deliver the agreed service.
  • We work inside the client’s own account wherever possible rather than extracting data.
  • We do not use it for any other purpose, and we never combine one client’s data with another’s.
  • We do not transfer it to third parties without the client’s written approval.
  • Personal data is deleted within 30 days of the task it was needed for, and all such data within 30 days of the engagement ending, unless the law requires otherwise.

The full technical and organisational measures applied to this data are set out in our Security & Compliance policy.

05How long we keep things

  • Enquiries that do not become clients: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Client correspondence and records: retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 6 years afterwards where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes.
  • Personal data within Amazon accounts: deleted within 30 days as described above.
  • Server access logs: retained by our hosting provider according to their standard retention period.

06Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email Mudassirraza172134@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Where we act as a processor for a Selling Partner, requests relating to that partner’s customer data should be directed to the Selling Partner as controller; we will assist them in responding.

07Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, and a documented incident response plan under which affected parties and Amazon are notified within 24 hours of a confirmed security incident involving Amazon Information.

These measures are described in detail in our Security & Compliance policy.

08Changes to this policy

This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated whenever our practices change. The version and review date are shown at the top of this page.
