Mudassir Raza provides Amazon marketplace management services to brands and sellers worldwide. Every offering below lists what the service covers, the benefit to the Selling Partner, the specific deliverables, and the level of account access it requires.
Each service below sets out what it covers, the deliverables, and the Seller Central access it requires. Services are provided individually or combined as ongoing account management.
Service 01
Amazon PPC Management
What it covers. End-to-end management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video and Sponsored Display campaigns on the Selling Partner’s advertising account.
Benefit to the Selling Partner. Advertising spend is measured against the product’s real contribution margin rather than a blanket ACoS target, so growth in ad sales does not quietly come at the cost of profit.
Deliverables
Account and campaign structure audit
Campaign build or rebuild by intent tier and match type
Keyword and ASIN targeting research
Weekly bid, budget and placement optimisation
Search-term harvesting and negative-keyword management
Monthly performance and profitability report
Account access required
Advertising Console access, or Seller Central user permissions limited to Advertising. Access is requested at the minimum permission level needed to deliver the service, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. See the Security & Compliance page for how that access is managed.
What it covers. Operational management of Fulfilment by Amazon: shipment planning, prep and labelling compliance, restock forecasting, inventory health and fee control.
Benefit to the Selling Partner. Stock stays available through ranking pushes and peak periods, and storage and ageing fees are controlled before they erode margin.
Deliverables
Inventory health and stranded-stock review
Shipment plan creation, labelling and tracking
Rolling restock forecast per SKU
Inventory Performance Index monitoring
Reimbursement case preparation
Removal and disposal recommendations
Account access required
Seller Central user permissions limited to Inventory and FBA Shipments. Access is requested at the minimum permission level needed to deliver the service, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. See the Security & Compliance page for how that access is managed.
What it covers. Keyword research grounded in the Selling Partner’s own search-term data, followed by titles, bullet points, backend search terms, descriptions and variation structure.
Benefit to the Selling Partner. Listings are built to rank and to convert, with indexing verified after publication rather than assumed.
Deliverables
Prioritised keyword map per ASIN
Title, bullets and description rewrite
Backend search-term optimisation
A+ content copy
Parent–child variation structuring
Post-publication indexing report
Account access required
Seller Central user permissions limited to Inventory / Manage All Inventory. Access is requested at the minimum permission level needed to deliver the service, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. See the Security & Compliance page for how that access is managed.
What it covers. Catalogue and account-health work: suppressed listings, flat-file uploads, category and brand-registry issues, policy notifications, appeals and reimbursement cases.
Benefit to the Selling Partner. Listings return to active status faster and account health metrics are worked down methodically, with the root cause recorded so the same issue does not recur.
Deliverables
Account health audit and remediation plan
Suppressed and blocked ASIN reinstatement
Flat-file catalogue management
Plans of Action and appeals
Reimbursement claims
Category approval and ungating applications
Account access required
Seller Central user permissions scoped to the specific areas required for the engagement. Access is requested at the minimum permission level needed to deliver the service, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. See the Security & Compliance page for how that access is managed.
What it covers. Conversion-focused creative for the detail page: main images, gallery infographics, lifestyle imagery, A+ content modules and Brand Store design.
Benefit to the Selling Partner. Creative is designed and reviewed at the size buyers actually see it, and checked against Amazon image policy before delivery so it cannot suppress the listing.
Deliverables
Policy-compliant main image
Six to eight image gallery set
Lifestyle imagery
A+ / EBC module set
Multi-page Brand Store
Layered source files
Account access required
Seller Central user permissions limited to Manage Images / A+ Content Manager, or assets supplied by the Selling Partner. Access is requested at the minimum permission level needed to deliver the service, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. See the Security & Compliance page for how that access is managed.
What it covers. A structured review of unit economics, advertising structure, listing quality, inventory risk and competitive position, delivered as a ranked action list.
Benefit to the Selling Partner. The Selling Partner receives a prioritised plan they can act on with or without ongoing engagement, and keeps the findings either way.
Deliverables
Unit economics and margin review
Advertising structure assessment
Listing and content gap analysis
Inventory and account-health risk register
Ranked 90-day action plan
Optional implementation roadmap
Account access required
Read-only Seller Central access, or reports exported by the Selling Partner. Access is requested at the minimum permission level needed to deliver the service, and is revoked at the end of the engagement. See the Security & Compliance page for how that access is managed.
I work with Amazon sellers as an independent service provider. In that time I have managed advertising campaigns for companies, agencies and private-label brands generating over $150 million in collective revenue, including a single account taken to $40.4 million in sales at a sustained 10% TACoS.
Work is delivered personally rather than passed to an unnamed team, and every engagement is run inside the Selling Partner’s own Seller Central and Advertising accounts — there is no intermediary platform holding your data.
Areas of specialist expertise
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video and Sponsored Display campaign architecture
Bid and placement management against contribution margin rather than blanket ACoS targets
Amazon search-term data, Brand Analytics and competitive gap analysis
FBA shipment planning, restock forecasting and Inventory Performance Index management
Seller Central catalogue repair, flat files, appeals and account-health remediation
Amazon image policy, A+ content and Brand Store construction
Marketplaces served
Amazon US, UK and European marketplaces as standard; Canada and Australia on request. Services are provided remotely to Selling Partners worldwide.
Tools used
Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive and Google Workspace. No third-party tool is granted access to a Selling Partner’s account without that partner’s written approval.
Credentials & verification
What backs this up, and how to check it
Every claim on this site is tied to something a prospective client — or a reviewer — can independently examine.
Track record
Amazon marketplace work is my full-time occupation — not a side service added to another business.
$150M+ in cumulative Amazon marketplace revenue managed across client accounts, agencies and private-label brands. Of that total, $51M+ is directly evidenced by the account screenshots published in the case studies; the remainder is covered by client confidentiality terms.
$40.4M largest single account, managed for 21 months at a sustained 10% TACoS, reaching a leading category position during that engagement. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Five documented case studies from individual client engagements, each published with the Seller Central or Advertising Console screenshot the figures came from, plus the marketplace, period, services provided and my role. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Scope of practice
Marketplaces: Amazon US, UK and the European marketplaces as standard; Canada and Australia on request.
Seller Central functions: catalog and listing management, advertising, account health, FBA and inventory, reporting, and Amazon case management.
Tools: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout and Data Dive.
Delivery model: all work performed inside the client's own Seller Central and Advertising accounts under a named user invitation — never through an intermediary platform holding client data.
Independent verification
My work history and client feedback are published on third-party platforms that I do not control:
A published privacy policy setting out how enquiry data and Selling Partner data are handled, retained and deleted.
Scope, deliverables and the exact Seller Central permissions required are agreed in writing before any access is granted.
Independent consultant — no claim of Amazon partnership, certification or endorsement.
Benefits & measurement
What each service is judged on
Every engagement is measured against agreed figures rather than activity reports. These are the metrics I report on monthly.
Account managementTotal marketplace revenue, TACoS, contribution margin, account health rating and the count of open operational issues.
AdvertisingACoS and TACoS against a break-even calculated from real product margin, ad-attributed revenue share, wasted spend eliminated, and impression share on ranking terms.
Catalog & listingsKeyword indexing coverage, organic rank on priority terms, session count, unit session percentage (conversion) and suppressed-listing count.
FBA & inventoryDays of cover, stockout incidents, Inventory Performance Index, storage and ageing fees, and reimbursement recovered.
Account healthOrder Defect Rate, late shipment and cancellation rates, policy violation count, and time to resolve open cases.
CreativeClick-through rate on the main image, unit session percentage before and after, and A+ / storefront engagement.
Baselines are recorded before any change is made, so improvement is measured against where the account actually started rather than against a favourable comparison window.
Engagement model
How an engagement runs
01
Scoping & agreement
Services, deliverables, fees and the exact Seller Central permissions required are agreed in writing before any access is granted.
02
Access provisioning
The Selling Partner invites a named user account at the minimum permission level needed. Credentials are never shared or transferred.
03
Delivery & reporting
Work is carried out inside the partner's own account, with a written record of changes and a monthly performance report.
04
Offboarding
On completion, access is revoked by the partner, and any Amazon Information held is securely deleted within 30 days.
